Oak Bay Construction is based in Victoria, B.C, has been established since 1989 and is focused on residential construction.

We are locally owned and operated by father and son team Ken and Ryan Breuker and have over 50 years combined experience in the industry.

We take pride in the exclusivity of taking on only a few projects at a time. You can rest assured that Ken and Ryan will be on site closely guarding every detail of the build. This allows us to achieve high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and communication during the construction process.
