Are you ready for 2026?
Hear from industry experts at VRBA’s Annual Crystal Ball Housing Forecast on Wednesday, January 14 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm at Gorge Vale Golf Club, 1005 Craigflower Road.
Speakers include:
- Fergus Kyne, Chair, Victoria Real Estate Board
- Brendon Ogmundson, Chief Economist, British Columbia Real Estate Association
- Chris Gardner, CEO & President, Independent Contractors and Businesses Association

They will offer their views to help contractors, realtors, designers, trades, and suppliers make important decisions for 2026.
In addition to local housing starts, sales and interest rates, the industry will hear about BC’s economy, consumer confidence, and housing supply issues.
This will include the impact of U.S. tariffs and Canada’s response, as well as progress of the BC government’s legislation to address the missing-middle shortages (small multi-family such as townhomes, fourplexes).
The presentations will provide local, provincial and national data to help plan for a successful year.
