Housing Starts Increase in Victoria and BC

CMHC reports housing starts in Greater Victoria continued to increase in March posting 144 single family homes year-to-date and 332 multi-family units for a total of 476 new homes vs 191 last year. Fifty-seven single family homes were built in March 2015 compared with only 30 in March 2014. This reflects a stronger economy and more skilled jobs in our region.
